I am a native Santa Cruz resident with specialized training in massage therapy from Cypress Health Institute and craniosacral therapy from the Upledger Institute. My passion for travel has lead me to explore New Zealand, Sweden, Western Europe, Cambodia, Thailand, Nepal, and various parts of Central America from Nicaragua to Panama. I have also explored our Western Coast from Vancouver, Canada to the sand dunes of Loreto, Baja.

My travel experience has helped me develop compassionate communication skills and the ability to connect with each individual in a holistic manner: Mind, Body & Spirit. I have also attended Cabrillo College and the University of California Santa Cruz (Holistic Health Program). I have special training in Traditional Chinese Medicine and continue my studies in herbalism. In my studies I have felt the joy of diving into a vast realm of knowledge, learning about oneself with the ability to help others as well. I have trained my sense of intuition and the ability to help people relax into the moment.

My passions in life include: Traveling, Yoga, Meditation, Hiking, Rock Climbing, Nature Time, Music, Dancing and Reading.
